Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to JIRRS undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure scientific quality, originality, and relevance.
Submissions are initially assessed by the editorial office through a preliminary screening (desk review) to verify alignment with the journal’s scope, ethical standards, and minimum quality requirements.
Manuscripts that pass the desk review are evaluated under a double-blind peer review system, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed. Normally, two independent reviewers are assigned to each manuscript.
Based on the reviewers’ reports, the editor may decide to accept the manuscript, request minor or major revisions, or reject the submission. Final decisions are made by the editorial team.
